Equishoppe has a commenting and reviewing feature, when visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Data from the contact form submissions are kept for a certain period for customer service purposes, but Equishoppe does not use the information submitted via the form for marketing purposes.
What Vendors/Sub-Processors We Use
Stripe Credit card data, payments and renewals are processed by Stripe.
Google Analytics Google Analytics is an industry standard third-party analytics service that we use to better understand the usage and performance of our service(s). The information is anonymized so that it is not tied to your IP address.

We can accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
YITH WooCommerce Live Chat
Through the chat popup available on the website pages, users can get in touch with an operator or send an offline message.
When the chat session ends, the user will be asked to evaluate the support received. After that, their data will be removed from Firebase and will be stored on the local database for verification or other purposes related to the support given via chat.
These data will be stored in the local database and will be used for support purposes or pre-sales support questions.
